Senior Analyst - Accounts Payable

Role Overview: As an Operations professional at Standard Chartered in Chennai, your primary responsibility will be to complete indexing, assessing, and processing tasks accurately and efficiently on a daily basis. You will be expected to prioritize urgent invoices as per instructions from the Manager or Team Co-ordinator and ensure 100% accuracy while performing indexing and UI validation. Additionally, you will be accountable for managing assigned tasks as per SLA & DOI, ensuring total customer satisfaction, and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Manage assigned tasks professionally and efficiently according to SLA & DOI. - Ensure total customer satisfaction by providing error-free and timely service. - Maintain effective and regular communication with stakeholders. Qualification Required: - Strong communicative skills. - Proficiency in Excel. - Background in Finance. - Experience in stakeholder management.
