The SAP Sales and Services Consultant is responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) modules to meet business requirements. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, test, and deploy SAP solutions, providing support and training to end-users, and ensuring seamless order processing and fulfillment. The key responsibilities include providing various day-to-day support to existing Internal SAP customers in terms of incident and change request handling, participating in SAP ERP projects throughout the full project life cycle, assisting in the analysis phases of upcoming projects, implementing and configuring SAP SD modules such as pricing, order management, and delivery processes. Additionally, analyzing business processes, recommending SAP SD solutions for process improvement and upcoming projects, working with sales and distribution teams to ensure efficient order processing and fulfillment, providing support and training to end-users on SAP SD processes and functionalities, performing system testing, debugging, and issue resolution related to SAP SD, and creating and maintaining documentation for SAP SD processes. The ideal candidate should be result-driven, focused on targets, and project plans. Qualifications for this role include a relevant degree (Bachelor/Masters degree or BA plus qualifying working experience) or practical experience from Sales & Service, strong professional experience in SAP SD/LE/CS and SAP Service consultancy or an equivalent combination of education and experience, advanced experience in process design as well as in project management within sales and after-sales area, strong interpersonal skills, especially in an intercultural environment, ability to conduct workshops and training with a Train-the-Trainer approach, knowledge of project-driven engineering business would be an advantage, strong communicative skills in English.
