What You Will Be Doing
- Architect comprehensive frameworks for AI-powered systems that automate sophisticated elements of software development, including architecture creation, dependency orchestration, and advanced predictive code generation.
- Engage deeply with emerging developments in AI and software engineering through research and development efforts, conference participation, and interaction with academic and industry networks. When new AI technologies emerge, we must be among the earliest adopters.
What You Won’t Be Doing
- Routine Code Maintenance: Regularly updating or debugging legacy software to resolve minor defects or enhance existing functionality.
- Standard Software Development: Performing basic coding or development work that involves building straightforward features without incorporating AI capabilities.
Senior AI Engineer Key Responsibilities
- Apply your engineering skills to achieve substantial gains in development velocity, reduction of human error, and enhancement of code quality, driving faster product delivery and improved customer satisfaction.
Basic Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a full-stack software developer (you must possess coding proficiency in both front-end and back-end development)
- Proven track record of extensive use of GenAI code assistants (e.g., Github Copilot, Cursor.sh, v0.dev)
- Prior hands-on experience successfully delivering Generative AI products/projects/solutions/tools
- Demonstrated experience applying various LLMs (e.g., GPT, Claude, Mistral) to address business challenges
- Clear understanding of when and why to select particular LLM models for specific use cases
- Proven knowledge and practical application of the Model Context Protocol (MCP)
