Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Backend & Cloud AI Engineer with strong experience in AI/ML systems, Python, cloud platforms (AWS & Azure), and CI/CD pipelines. The ideal candidate should also have working frontend experience and be comfortable building, deploying, and scaling intelligent applications using modern cloud-native architectures.

This role requires hands-on expertise in backend development, cloud infrastructure, containers & orchestration, and AI-driven solutions, with the ability to collaborate across frontend and DevOps teams.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Python, JavaScript, and other latest runtimes.

Architect, Build and deploy AI/ML-driven applications and services in production environments.

Architect and manage cloud-native solutions on AWS and Azure cloud platforms.

Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated build, test, and deployment.

Containerize applications using Docker and manage orchestration using Kubernetes.

Integrate AI models (LLMs, ML models, APIs) into backend systems.

Collaborate with frontend developers to support UI integration and API design.

Ensure system performance, security, reliability, and scalability.

Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical decision-making.

Troubleshoot production issues and optimize cloud costs and performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

6–10 years of overall professional experience in software development.

Strong expertise in Python for backend and AI/ML development.

Good working knowledge of JavaScript and frontend frameworks (NodeJS, React, Next.js, or similar).

Proven experience as a Backend Developer and Cloud AI Engineer.

Hands-on experience with AWS and Azure (compute, storage, networking, IAM, monitoring).

Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, etc.).

Experience with Docker and container orchestration (Kubernetes).

Experienced in Microservices and Serverless architectures and building event-driven applications

Experience working in collaborative and cross-functional teams.

Ability to take ownership and drive the team from the forefront.

Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
