Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Senior Agency Manager role located in the Kolkata metropolitan area. The Senior Agency Manager will be responsible for driving business growth by managing a team of agents, ensuring sales targets are met, and building strong relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs. The role entails overseeing training and development programs for agents, supporting them in improving their sales capabilities, and implementing strategic business initiatives. The Senior Agency Manager will also be instrumental in coordinating with relevant stakeholders to enhance the overall performance and efficiency of the agency.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and team management experience to effectively lead and mentor agency sales teams.
• Proven expertise in sales, client relationship management, and achieving or exceeding business targets.
• Strategic thinking capabilities, including planning, implementing, and evaluating business development initiatives.
• Proficiency in communication and negotiation to foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Familiarity with health insurance products, market trends, and regulatory compliance is a plus.
• Proficiency in regional languages used in the Kolkata metropolitan area is advantageous.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Insurance, or a related field is preferred.
