Job Description

Job Responsibilities: Advise clients on real estate investment opportunities (residential, commercial, plots, pre-leased assets) Understand investor goals, budget, and ROI expectations Analyze property deals, market trends, rental yields, and capital appreciation Present investment proposals, site visits, and deal closures Build and maintain strong relationships with HNI & NRI clients Coordinate with developers, channel partners, and legal teams Assist clients with documentation, agreements, and post-sales support Maintain CRM data and sales MIS reports Key Skills Required: Strong sales, negotiation & presentation skills Knowledge of real estate markets, pricing, and ROI calculations Client handling & relationship management Good communication Target-driven & result-oriented mindset Preferred Skills / Certifications (Optional): RERA knowledge Experience in investment sales or channel sales Compensation & Benefits: Fixed Salary + High Commissions Performance Incentives & Deal-based Payouts Growth into Portfolio Manager / Investment Head roles
