Key Responsibilities: The HSE Digital Platform Product Owner is a persistent team member of an Agile Digital Delivery team supporting the HSE Digital Platform. The Product Owner is responsible for providing functional input into the management and prioritization of the Agile Team s backlog, ensuring that functional requirements and timelines are being met in accordance with the functional needs. The Product Owner serves as the connection between the Product Managers/Business Capability Owners and the DevOps team to ensure that the DevOps team delivers on the goals and business objectives of the HSE Digital Platform product lines. The Product Owner decomposes Epics/Features, writes user stories and is accountable to ensure functional acceptance criteria are met. Job Description Act as a technical resource and expert consultant for company and regulatory industrial hygiene requirements, including interpretation, applicability, best practices, and guidance. Provide counsel and support for safety and health compliance concerns, including appropriate management and workforce engagement. Analyze complex data sets for detailed studies, including support for litigation, industry studies and to inform internal OEL development. Provide guidance and coordinate team to implement and manage the OE Occupational Hygiene (OH) Process and OH Programs across domestic and international operations and corporate organizations to recognize, eliminate, and control occupational health hazards and diseases. Support coordination of turnaround and project OH resources and integrate health in design aspects for new construction and facility modification. Provide direct OH support for the assigned business unit or refinery and plan, communicate and monitor field activities including turnaround, project and/or routine operations input into HAZIDs, design of exposure assessments, OH equipment calibration and repairs, noise surveys, legionella testing, radiation checks, and hazard communications as needed. Audit performance against requirements and recommend practical corrective actions or solutions. Develop understanding of relevant OH regulations, standards and guidelines for locations supported by GCC Requirements: Bachelors degree in industrial hygiene, occupational health, safety, , or related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in occupational hygiene, preferably in the oil and gas industry. Proficient in using various OH instruments and software, such as noise dosimeters, air sampling pumps, sound level meters, heat stress monitors, and IHSTAT. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders, including management, workforce, contractors, and regulators. Selection Criteria: Technical - Demonstrated knowledge and experience in core OH competencies, such as exposure assessments, monitoring strategies, data analysis, control strategies, medical surveillance, hazcom, PPE, and NORM programs. Experience working in BUs with Hg, BTEX and/or H2S and knowledge of the safeguards/requirements to control Hg, BTEX and/or H2S exposure. Able to maintain all program documents and meet OE requirements. Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) or equivalent certification preferred. About the Position This position ensures compliance with environmental regulations through data collection, analysis, and reporting, while providing guidance and support to internal teams on environmental issues. The Environmental Reporting Analyst reports to the Environmental Team Lead at clients location in Bengaluru, India. Key Responsibilities: Provide guidance on the applicability of environmental regulations for air, water, and waste, and evaluate alternatives to meet compliance requirements.
