About the Role:

Senior Admission Counsellor

Responsibilities:

• Counsel prospective students and parents on academic programs and career paths.
• Convert leads and inquiries into successful admissions.
• Plan and execute outreach activities such as education fairs, school visits, and seminars.
• Track, report, and analyze admissions data to support decision-making.
• Mentor junior counsellors and contribute to overall team performance.

Requirements:

• Graduate/Postgraduate degree (preferably in Management/Education).
• At least

  5 years of experience

  in admissions/student counselling.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed admission/enrollment targets.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
