As a Senior Admission Counsellor at our Dehradun campus, you will play a vital role in guiding prospective students through the admission process and aiding them in making well-informed decisions regarding their academic path. This is a full-time position that requires your physical presence on-site. Key Responsibilities: - Engage in daily tasks centered around interpersonal communication, customer service, sales, and educational assistance. - Assist potential students in navigating the admission procedures and provide them with the necessary information. - Utilize your strong communication skills to build relationships with students and address their queries effectively. - Collaborate with the admissions team to streamline the enrollment process and ensure a seamless experience for applicants. - Uphold the values and standards of Alpine Group of Institutes while representing the institution to prospective students. Qualifications: - Proficiency in interpersonal communication and exceptional communication abilities. - Strong customer service acumen to cater to the needs of students and provide satisfactory solutions. - Sales skills to effectively promote the educational offerings and opportunities available at the institute. - Prior experience in the education sector, with a preference for those who have worked in Engineering Colleges. - Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage time efficiently to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
