Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad for a Senior Admissions Counselor. The primary responsibilities include guiding prospective students through the admissions process, responding to inquiries, providing program information, and assisting with enrollment procedures. The role requires building and maintaining relationships with potential students, offering academic counseling, and achieving enrollment targets. The counselor will also collaborate with team members to ensure a positive and seamless admission experience. Key Responsibilities Welcome walk-in students & parents and provide course guidance. Handle student inquiries via phone and maintain follow-up communication. Coordinate with trainers for batch planning, attendance, and academic sessions. Manage daily centre operations including classroom readiness and student support. Assist in organizing events, workshops, orientation, and student activities. Build strong student relationships and ensure a high-quality learning experience. Qualifications 1–3 years of experience in counselling, academics, or front-desk/student support roles. Strong communication skills in English, Hindi & Gujarati Comfort working in a student-focused, people-facing role. Proficiency in MS Office and Google Sheets.
