Senior Admission Counselor

Roles and Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Cold Calling

• Generate leads through cold calling, online research, and outreach campaigns.
• Call prospective students daily to explain UG and PG programs.
• Follow up with interested leads via calls, SMS, or WhatsApp.

Student Counseling

• Understand student needs, background, and career goals.
• Provide accurate information about available courses, eligibility, fees, and outcomes.
• Assist students in selecting the right UG or PG program.

Sales Conversion

• Convince and convert inquiries into successful enrollments.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales/enrollment targets.
• Maintain a strong follow-up pipeline for conversion.

CRM & Database Management

• Update and manage student records on CRM tools.
• Track the status of each lead and manage the sales funnel effectively.

Coordination & Support

• Coordinate with admission, operations, and academic teams for smooth onboarding.
• Assist students in completing the application and fee payment process.

Reporting

• Submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on calls made, leads generated, and conversions.
• Analyze call data to improve performance.

Market Feedback & Improvement

• Share feedback from students to improve offerings and sales pitch.
• Stay updated with competitors’ offerings and market trends in UG and PG education.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
