Admission Sales Counselor – Job Profile

Location: Sanskriti School of Art, Pitampura

Job Role & Responsibilities1️ Student Counseling

• Attend walk-ins, phone inquiries, WhatsApp messages, and social media leads.
• Understand student interests (drawing, painting, design, hobby courses, diploma courses).
• Guide them about suitable courses, duration, fees, and career opportunities.
• Give campus/Studio tour and showcase student artworks.

2️ Sales & Admissions Conversion

• Follow up with potential students regularly via call/WhatsApp.
• Convert inquiries into confirmed admissions.
• Maintain daily/weekly admission targets.
• Explain fee structure, batch schedules, and enrollment process clearly.

3️ Communication & Relationship Management

• Maintain polite and professional communication with students and parents.
• Build long-term relationships for referrals and repeat enrollments.
• Handle queries, objections, and provide solutions.

4️ Administrative Tasks

• Maintain admission records, inquiry sheets, follow-up lists.
• Coordinate with faculty for batch timing, class orientation, and student joining.
• Prepare receipts, forms, and documentation required during admission.

5️ Marketing Support (Basic)

• Help in promoting admissions during workshops, events, and exhibitions.
• Share course updates and offers on WhatsApp or social media (optional).
• Support in lead generation campaigns.

Skills Required

• Excellent communication skills (Hindi & English).
• Confident, presentable, and good at convincing.
• Basic knowledge of art courses is a plus (training will be provided).
• Sales mindset with a positive attitude.
• Organised and good at follow-ups.

Educational Qualification

• Minimum 12th pass; graduation preferred.
• Experience in counseling/sales/education industry is an advantage.

Salary Range (Typical for Pitampura Area)

• ₹12,000 – ₹25,000 per month (depends on experience)
• Incentives on admissions (performance-based)
