  • Office Operations Management
    Ensuring smooth daily office activities, including supplies, equipment upkeep, vendor scheduling, facility maintenance, and supervision of administrative staff.
    • Communication & Coordination
      Acting as the central contact for inter-departmental communication, scheduling for senior management, and managing meetings, events, and travel logistics.
      • Vendor & Contract Oversight
        Managing vendor selection, negotiations, contracts, utilities, and performance monitoring to ensure quality services and cost efficiency.
        • Records & Document Management
          Maintaining accurate and organized digital/physical records with proper document control protocols for easy access and retrieval.
          • Facility Supervision
            Overseeing office infrastructure, maintenance, and cleanliness of common areas, ensuring uninterrupted operations and workplace readiness.
            • Event & Meeting Support
              Planning and executing company events, training sessions, and meetings with complete logistical support and budget control.
              • Financial & Vendor Record Maintenance
                Tracking administrative expenses, budgets, and vendor interactions while ensuring timely reporting and forecasting.
                • Process Improvement & Reporting
                  Implementing efficiency-enhancing processes, preparing administrative reports, identifying cost-saving measures, and leading the admin team for smooth operations.


                  Requirements
                  REQUIREMENTS:
                  • Bachelordegree in any discipline.
                    • 5 to 8 years of proven experience in administrative roles, with at least 23 years in a senior or supervisory capacity.
                      • Proven organizational and time management skills.
                        • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
                          • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
                            • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to handle tasks proactively.
                              • Ability to multitask, prioritise tasks, and manage time efficiently.
