SENIOR ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER

As a Senior Administrative Officer at the United Nations Secretariat Offices and UN Field Offices, your role will involve overseeing sub-functional specialties such as human resource administration, finance/budget, planning, programming, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating business functions. You will report to the Chief of Service/Department/Division/Branch and will be responsible for the following key responsibilities: - Manage human resource administration, financial activities, and operational planning - Implement, monitor, and evaluate business functions - Provide support in budget preparation and financial management - Conduct research, prepare reports, and participate in special projects - Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective delivery of services To qualify for this role, you should possess the following qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Finance, or related field - Professional certification in Human Resource Management or Finance is preferred In addition to the above responsibilities and qualifications, please note that these positions may require proficiency in multiple languages and previous experience working with international organizations would be advantageous.
