Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Accounts Manager located in Jaipur. The Senior Accounts Manager will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, managing accounting records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations. The role includes supervising accounting staff, conducting financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting. The Senior Accounts Manager will also liaise with auditors, banks, and other financial institutions.

Qualifications

• Strong accounting and financial management skills
• Experience in preparing financial statements and conducting financial analysis
• Proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
• Knowledge of accounting standards, regulations, and compliance
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work independently and manage a team
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification is a plus
• Experience in the hospitality industry is an advantage
