Job Position:Senior Manager- Accounts & Finance

Job Location: Kolkata(Sector 5)

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Accounting & Reporting:

• Prepare and maintain stock reports.
• Finalize books of accounts and prepare the balance sheet.
• Conduct financial analysis to evaluate expenses and profitability.
• Prepare and submit Bank Audit Reports as required.

Taxation & Compliance:

• Handle TDS returns and filing in compliance with tax regulations.
• Manage GST filings including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, and GSTR-9C.
• Ensure timely filing of Income Tax returns and compliance with applicable tax laws.
• Prepare and file reports for ROC (Registrar of Companies).

Payroll & Statutory Compliance:

• Manage Provident Fund (PF) and Employee State Insurance (ESI) calculations and filings.
• Ensure compliance with all labor and financial regulations.

Audit & Reconciliation:

• Assist in statutory audits, tax audits, and internal audits.
• Conduct Bank Reconciliation & Vendor Reconciliation to ensure accurate financial records.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum Experience: 5-10 years in accounting and finance.
• SAP(B1) knowledge is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of finalization of accounts, stock reporting, and tax filing.
• Proficiency in TDS, GST, Income Tax, ROC, and audit procedures.
• Experience in expense analysis, bank audit reports, and financial compliance.
• Working knowledge of accounting software such as Tally ERP, SAP, or similar platforms.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention to detail.

Education & Qualifications:

• Degree: B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / ICWA / MBA (Finance) preferred.
• In-depth understanding of Indian Accounting Standards, GST Laws, and Income Tax Regulations.
