Key Responsibility
Financial Record-Keeping & Reporting
Record and reconcile transactions (AP, AR,bank statements, general ledger) daily to maintain accurate books. Prepare periodic financial statements—balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports—for management and audits
Month-End, Quarter-End & Year-End
ClosePrepare journal entries, perform reconciliations, conduct variance and cost-accounting analysis as part of closing routines .
Tax Compliance & Filing
Calculate and file statutory taxes (corporate, payroll, GST/VAT, etc.), ensure timely filing, and identify tax-saving opportunities
Audit Support & Compliance
Coordinate with internal and external auditors, providing necessary documentation and addressing audit queries. Ensure compliance with GAAP/IFRS and regulatory standard
Interdepartmental Collaboration
Work closely with teams like finance, HR, operations, and external advisors to facilitate budgeting, payroll, tax filings, and compliance .
Qualification & Skills
4+ years in professional accounting (corporate, public, or nonprofit).
Experience with auditing, tax filings, and financial close cycles .
Excellent attention to detail and integrity.
Effective communicator—able to present complex finance data to non-financial stakeholders
