About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Accounts Executive to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have 5-6 years of experience in managing a complete set of accounts, with a strong command of Tally and advanced Excel. This role requires a meticulous and organized professional who can handle daily accounting operations and contribute to the financial health of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
• Conduct bank and other account reconciliations.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including profit and loss statements and balance sheets.
• Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances, ensuring timely and accurate filing.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using Tally.
• Utilize advanced Excel skills for data analysis, reporting, and creating complex financial models.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
• Coordinate with auditors for annual audits and other financial reviews.
• Address and resolve accounting discrepancies and irregularities.
• Generate various financial reports for management on a regular basis.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field.
• 5-6 years of proven experience as an Accounts Executive or a similar role.
• Proficiency in Tally is mandatory.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel is essential, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, and financial functions.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles (GAAP).
• Experience with GST, TDS, and other tax regulations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
