Senior Accounts Executive

We are seeking an experienced Sr. Accounts Executive to lead our financial operations and ensure the accuracy and efficiency of all accounting processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing financial transactions, reporting, and compliance, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for driving financial integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Management: Oversee and manage the day-to-day accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
• Reporting: Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Develop and maintain company budgets, forecasting financial performance, and analyzing variances.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax laws, and other regulatory requirements, and stay updated on Indian financial regulations.
• Payment Follow-up: Oversee payment collections and ensure timely follow-up with clients to maintain healthy cash flow.
• Audit & Taxation: Manage internal and external audits, and assist in tax planning and filings.
• Vendor & Client Management: Maintain strong relationships with vendors and clients, ensuring accuracy in billing, payments, and contracts.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of accountants, ensuring effective communication and smooth workflow.
• Process Improvement: Continuously review and improve financial processes to increase efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting
• Proficiency in Tally Prime, MS Excel, and other accounting software
• Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• In-depth knowledge of Indian accounting standards and tax laws

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
