Position Summary
The Senior Accountant will be responsible for comprehensive accounting operations, including daily bookkeeping, financial reporting, and compliance management. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency in modern accounting software and possess strong analytical skills to support our financial management objectives.

Key Responsibilities
Core Accounting Functions

• Daily Accounts Management: Maintain accurate day-to-day accounts bookkeeping and data entry operations
• Zoho Books Management: Oversee complete accounts management within the Zoho Books platform
• Financial Statements Preparation: Generate Profit & Loss Accounts, Balance Sheets, and comprehensive financial reports
• Ledger Management: Ensure accurate and timely updating of all accounting ledgers & Monthly Income Sheets(MIS)
• Invoice & Documentation: Prepare invoices, manage e-way bill generation, and maintain proper documentation
• Payroll Support: Provide basic payroll management assistance
• Report Customization: Generate specialized reports based on management requirements

Compliance & Regulatory

• Tax Compliance: Handle GST, TDS, and Income Tax filings with accuracy and timeliness
• Statutory Compliance: Ensure adherence to all statutory requirements and regulations
• Government Liaison: Interface with government departments for various compliance matters

Required Qualifications Educational Background

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) OR
• Bachelor's in Accounting and Finance (BAF) OR
• Equivalent qualification in Accounting/Finance OR
• Master's degree in Commerce (M.Com) -would be preferred

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in general accounts keeping
• Proven track record in comprehensive accounting operations
• Experience with statutory compliance and tax filings
• Knowledge of advanced Excel functions and financial modeling

Technical Skills

• Accounting Software: Proficiency in various accounting platforms
• Zoho Books: Advanced knowledge and practical experience
• Microsoft Excel: Strong analytical and data management skills
• Microsoft Office Suite: Comprehensive working knowledge
