Senior Accounts Executive

We are looking for an experienced Senior Accounts Executive to join our Finance & Accounts team. The ideal candidate should have good experience in Accounting Management. In this role, you will be responsible for various accounting functions to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data. Candidate must have good communication skill and interpersonal skill.

Experience - 3 to 5 Year

Role & Responsibility

1. Prepare & file GST returns, e-way bills, e-invoices and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.

2. Support finalisation of accounts, taxation, statutory and internal audits.

3. Prepare monthly MIS reports, including:

i. P&L statements for each e-commerce aggregator (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc.).

ii. Product sale matrix to analyse SKU-wise performance

iii. Expense reports covering commissions, logistics, advertising, penalties, and other costs incurred on selling with aggregators.

iv. Consolidated profitability and performance reports for management review.

4. Import/Export Documentation

i. Prepare and verify shipping documents, commercial invoices, packing lists, Bill of Entry, and Bill of Lading.

ii. Liaise with CHA (Customs House Agents), freight forwarders, and banks for clearance of goods.

iii. Coordinate with internal teams for duty payments, export incentives, and FEMA/Customs compliance.

iv. Maintain proper documentation and records for imports, exports, and customs clearances for audit and compliance purposes.

5. E-commerce Accounting & Reconciliation

i. Reconcile online marketplace sales with company accounts.

ii. Verify payment settlements, deductions, COD remittances, refunds, and chargebacks.

iii. Track and report net realisation and profitability from e-commerce channels.

iv. Coordinate with aggregator platforms to resolve mismatches or disputes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
