The ideal candidate brings over 2-5 years of experience managing financial operations in a staffing environment, with proficiency in QuickBooks, ADP Payroll, Excel, and bank reconciliation. This role requires a solid understanding of accounting principles, payroll processing, and financial reporting, with an emphasis on accuracy and efficiency.Key Responsibilities:Manage and process payroll using ADP for internal staff and contracted employeesPerform daily and monthly bank reconciliationsMaintain accurate financial records using QuickBooksPrepare and review financial statements and reportsHandle accounts payable/receivable and general ledger entriesSupport tax filings and ensure compliance with local/state regulationsUse Excel for reporting, data analysis, and forecastingCollaborate with HR and recruitment teams to ensure smooth financial operationsAssist with audits and provide supporting documentation as neededRequirements:Minimum 2-5 years of accounting and payroll experience in a staffing companyProficient in QuickBooks and ADP Payroll systemsStrong knowledge of Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis)Experience in bank reconciliation and accounting best practicesExcellent attention to detail and organizational skillsStrong communication and interpersonal abilitiesBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
