Key Responsibilities:

Source candidates using job portals like LinkedIn, Dice, Indeed, etc.
Call and screen candidates for different roles across IT and Non-IT domains
Coordinate interviews and follow-ups
Work closely with the internal team and hiring managers in the US
Maintain daily reports and update candidate records

Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer knowledge
