*Job Summary:*

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Executive to join our team in the restaurant and hotel industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the financial aspects of our business, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, budgeting, and financial reporting.

*Responsibilities:*

- Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and receipts

- Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements

- Develop and implement financial models and forecasts to support business growth

- Analyze financial data and identify areas for cost reduction and process improvement

- Manage budgeting and forecasting process

- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements

- Collaborate with management team to make financial decisions

- Provide financial insights and recommendations to management

*Industry-specific responsibilities:*

- Manage food and beverage costs, including inventory management and supplier payments

- Process hotel room bookings and payments

- Manage employee salaries, benefits, and expenses

- Handle customer billing and payments

*Requirements:*

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance

- 2+ years of experience in accounting, preferably in the restaurant and hotel industry

- Knowledge of accounting software, including Tally and Excel

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment-

- Experience with hotel management software

- Knowledge of GST and income tax
