*Job Summary:*

We're looking for an experienced Accounts Service Executive to join our hotel and restaurant team. You'll manage financial transactions, ensure accurate billing, and provide excellent customer service.

*Responsibilities:*

- Manage accounts receivable and payable

- Process guest bills, invoices, and payments

- Handle cash, credit card, and online transactions

- Reconcile daily financial reports

- Assist with budgeting and forecasting

- Ensure compliance with financial regulations

*Hotel-specific responsibilities:*

- Process room charges, taxes, and fees

- Handle guest billing inquiries

- Manage credit and debit card authorizations

*Restaurant-specific responsibilities:*

- Manage food and beverage sales

- Process orders, invoices, and payments

- Handle cash and credit card transactions

- Reconcile daily sales reports

*Requirements:*

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance

- 2+ years of experience in hospitality accounting

- Knowledge of hotel and restaurant accounting software

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

*Preferred:*

- Certification in Accounting or Hospitality Accounting

- Experience with hotel management software

- Knowledge of GST and income tax
