Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Accountant based in Lucknow, with some work from home flexibility. The Senior Accountant will be responsible for managing and overseeing the daily operations of the accounting department, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, payroll, and financial reporting. This role also involves monitoring and analyzing accounting data, producing financial statements, and coordinating with auditors for compliance. Additionally, the Senior Accountant will play a key role in month-end and year-end closing processes and ensure accurate and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and payroll management
• Proficiency in financial reporting and the preparation of financial statements
• Skilled in monitoring and analyzing accounting data
• Experience with month-end and year-end closing processes
• Excellent knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or CMA preferred)
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment
