Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Bengaluru. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and executing sales strategies. Daily tasks include identifying market trends, liaising with potential and existing clients, and negotiating contracts. This role requires close collaboration with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and business goals are achieved.

Qualifications

Strong Business Development and Sales skills
Proficiency in Client Relationship Management
Experience in executing and developing market strategies
Excellent negotiation and contract management skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and on-site in Bengaluru
Experience in the recruitment or staffing industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
