Job Description

Key Responsibilities Accounting & Finance Manage day-to-day accounting, bookkeeping, and ledger maintenance Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements Handle revenue recognition for events, ticketing, sponsorships, and partnerships Monitor cash flow, budgets, and expense controls Compliance & Taxation Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory regulations Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, reconciliation) Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities Assist in audits and financial reviews Payments & Reconciliation Oversee vendor payments, artist payouts, and settlement cycles Reconcile bank statements, payment gateways, and event-wise collections Track advances, deposits, and post-event financial closures Reporting & Controls Generate MIS reports for management and event profitability analysis Implement and monitor internal financial controls Maintain accurate documentation and financial records Requirements & SkillsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance. 4–7 years of relevant accounting experience Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards & GST laws Proficiency in accounting software (Tally and Excel ) High attention to detail with strong analytical skills Ability to work under tight timelines, especially during live events
