Job Summary:

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Chartered Accountant (CA) to oversee all financial and accounting operations of the company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing accounts, budgeting, audits, compliance, taxation, and financial planning to ensure the company’s financial health and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise day-to-day accounting operations including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements as per accounting standards.
• Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax filings, and other statutory compliances.
• Conduct internal audits and coordinate with external auditors for statutory audits.
• Prepare MIS reports, cash flow statements, and budgeting reports for management review.
• Develop and maintain effective financial controls and accounting systems.
• Ensure timely closure of books and accurate financial reporting.
• Support management in financial planning, forecasting, and decision-making.
• Liaise with banks, tax authorities, and other financial institutions as needed.
• Stay updated with the latest financial regulations, tax laws, and accounting standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.
• Proven work experience as an Accountant / Senior Accountant / Finance Manager.
• Strong knowledge of Tally, Excel, and accounting ERP systems (SAP / QuickBooks / Zoho Books, etc.).
• Deep understanding of taxation, compliance, and Indian accounting standards (Ind AS).
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential financial data.

Preferred Qualifications (Optional):

• Experience in corporate finance, auditing, or management reporting.
• Knowledge of international accounting standards (IFRS).
• Exposure to financial automation tools or data analytics in finance.
