As a Senior Accountant at Aadiushmaa Engineers Pvt. Ltd., you will play a crucial role in managing financial transactions, ensuring statutory compliance, and maintaining accurate records. Your responsibilities will include: - Recording and verifying financial transactions in Tally such as invoices, receipts, and expenses. - Ensuring accurate TDS & TCS compliance by deducting, depositing, and filing on time. - Handling GST filing, reconciliation, and returns. - Managing Bank Guarantees, Fixed Deposits (FDs), Demand Drafts (DDs), and Earnest Money Deposits (EMDs). - Maintaining precise financial documentation to support audit requirements. - Staying updated on the latest tax laws, statutory regulations, and banking procedures. - Assisting in financial analysis to support management decision-making. To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills: - Strong knowledge of Accounting Standards, GST, TDS, and TCS regulations. - Hands-on experience with Tally ERP and MS Excel. - Good understanding of banking operations related to Bank Guarantees, Fixed Deposits, Demand Drafts, and Earnest Money Deposits. - Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. - Strong organizational and time-management skills.
