About the Role

We are looking for a CA Inter passed male candidate or someone who has completed CA Articleship with advanced expertise in Tally ERP to join our Accounts & Finance team as a Senior Accountant. The role requires managing end-to-end accounting operations, ensuring statutory compliance, and supporting financial decision-making. The ideal candidate must have strong technical knowledge, analytical skills, and leadership abilities to guide junior team members while collaborating with cross-functional departments.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Financial Operations

• Handle daily accounting functions including journal entries, ledgers, and reconciliations.
• Maintain accurate and updated financial records in Tally ERP.
• Manage accounts payable, receivable, and cash flow operations.
• Prepare financial statements, MIS, and management review reports.
• Ensure timely month-end and year-end closing.

Compliance & Audit

• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and accounting standards.
• Prepare and file GST, TDS, and other statutory returns.
• Coordinate with auditors and ensure proper documentation for internal/external audits.
• Maintain fixed asset registers and manage depreciation schedules.

Team Collaboration & Support

• Mentor and guide junior accountants.
• Work with cross-departmental teams for financial reporting.
• Provide financial insights and respond to management queries.
• Contribute to process improvements and automation.

Additional Responsibilities

• Manage vendor payments and reconciliations.
• Support inventory valuation and cost accounting.
• Handle petty cash and employee reimbursements.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Education & Technical Skills

• CA Inter qualification OR Completed CA Articleship (Mandatory)
• Advanced proficiency in Tally ERP
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and tax regulations
• Good command of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Familiarity with banking operations and reconciliations
