The ideal candidate will handle day-to-day accounting tasks, GST filing, financial reporting, and assist in maintaining the financial health of the company. Responsibilities: Daily accounting, bookkeeping, and data entry Preparation of invoices and managing accounts receivable/payable Filing of GST, TDS, and other statutory returns Reconciliation of bank statements and vendor accounts Preparation of monthly financial reports and balance sheets Assist in audits and maintain necessary records Coordinate with vendors, customers, and internal teams regarding financial matters Monitor expenses and suggest cost optimizations Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance 1-3 years of accounting experience preferred (Freshers with strong knowledge may also apply) Good understanding of GST, TDS, and basic taxation Proficient in Tally, Excel, and other accounting software Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills Good communication and time management abilities Benefits: Friendly and supportive work culture Growth opportunities in a fast-expanding company Direct exposure to leadership and decision-making Schedule: Day shift Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹14,280.45 - ₹45,572.42 per month Schedule: Day shift Fixed shift Monday to Friday Weekend availability Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Yearly bonus Work Location: In person
