CREATIVE MARKETING EXECUTIVE

About Us:

Buy One Gram Pvt. Ltd. is a Jaipur-based company specializing in high-quality, unpolished pulses and grains. We proudly deliver health and authenticity to kitchens across Rajasthan. As we expand our digital presence and customer base, we’re looking for a Creative Marketing Executive who can bring fresh ideas, stunning visuals, and engaging content to promote our brand online and offline.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute creative marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and customer engagement.
• Create designs and content for social media (Instagram, WhatsApp, Facebook), brochures, product labels, and packaging.
• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to design offers, discounts, and bulk order campaigns.
• Handle content creation for the website and coordinate with developers/designers.
• Develop engaging reels, product videos, and customer testimonial content.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity in the pulses & grains sector.
• Assist in event promotion and local marketing activities (exhibitions, retail tie-ups, etc.).
• Track campaign results and suggest creative improvements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Design, Mass Communication, or related field and other .
• 1–3 years of experience in a creative marketing or content role (freshers with creative portfolios are welcome).
• Proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, or any visual editing/design tool.
• Strong copywriting skills (English & Hindi preferred).
• Familiarity with Instagram Reels, WhatsApp marketing, and basic video editing.
• Ability to understand desi/Indian audience preferences and think creatively.
• Bonus: Experience in FMCG or food/agriculture brands.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹9,127.96 - ₹34,018.19 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Fixed shift
• Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

• Overtime pay
