RETAIL MARKETING EXECUTIVE

About Us:

Buy One Gram Pvt. Ltd. is a trusted name in unpolished pulses and grains, delivering pure, chemical-free food products across Jaipur and Rajasthan. As we expand our customer and retail base, we are looking for a Retail Marketing Executive who can build relationships, increase in-store visibility, and boost local demand for our products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and connect with local retail stores, kirana shops, supermarkets, and bulk buyers to promote our product range.
• Plan and execute on-ground marketing activities like product demos, sampling, and in-store branding.
• Ensure our products are well-placed and visible at retail points (POS material, shelf branding, etc.).
• Collect and analyze customer feedback and competitor activity in the local market.
• Work with the sales team to close bulk and recurring retail orders.
• Handle local promotions, fairs, exhibitions, and roadshows.
• Track performance of retail campaigns and suggest improvements.
• Maintain relationships with retailers and ensure timely follow-ups.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in retail or field marketing (FMCG or food sector preferred).
• Strong communication and persuasion skills (Hindi + basic English).
• Willingness to travel locally within Jaipur and nearby areas.
• Confident, proactive, and target-oriented.
• Basic understanding of branding and consumer behavior at the retail level.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹9,127.96 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Fixed shift
• Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:
