About Us: Buy One Gram Pvt. Ltd. is a trusted name in unpolished pulses and grains, delivering pure, chemical-free food products across Jaipur and Rajasthan. As we expand our customer and retail base, we are looking for a Retail Marketing Executive who can build relationships, increase in-store visibility, and boost local demand for our products. Key Responsibilities: Identify and connect with local retail stores, kirana shops, supermarkets , and bulk buyers to promote our product range. Plan and execute on-ground marketing activities like product demos, sampling, and in-store branding. Ensure our products are well-placed and visible at retail points (POS material, shelf branding, etc.). Collect and analyze customer feedback and competitor activity in the local market. Work with the sales team to close bulk and recurring retail orders . Handle local promotions, fairs, exhibitions, and roadshows. Track performance of retail campaigns and suggest improvements. Maintain relationships with retailers and ensure timely follow-ups. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 1–2 years of experience in retail or field marketing (FMCG or food sector preferred). Strong communication and persuasion skills (Hindi + basic English). Willingness to travel locally within Jaipur and nearby areas. Confident, proactive, and target-oriented.
