Job Description

Manage full-cycle accounting including journal entries, ledgers, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliations. Handle all accounting operations in Busy Accounting Software, including voucher entry, payment & receipt management, trial balance, and financial reporting. Prepare financial statements, profit & loss accounts, and balance sheets. Maintain project-wise accounts, cost tracking, and expense monitoring. Process employee salaries, statutory compliance (PF, TDS, GST), and other payroll-related tasks. Generate MIS reports and provide analysis to management for decision-making. Use advanced Excel skills for data analysis, pivot tables, formulas, charts, dashboards, and automated reports. Ensure timely submission of accounts, audits, and tax compliance. Assist in budget preparation, forecasting, and variance analysis. Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and internal stakeholders for smooth financial operations.
