Known for their high strength, rust resistance, durability, and perfect finish, our products are widely acknowledged. We maintain a stock of 5000 to 6000 MT of material at our Ahmedabad warehouse.


Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Accountant, located in Ahmedabad. The Senior Accountant will be responsible for managing financial records, handling accounts payable and receivable, reconciling accounts, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations. Additionally, the role includes budgeting, forecasting, and assisting with audits while providing financial advice to management.


Qualifications

  • Experience in managing financial records, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
  • Proficiency in preparing financial statements and reconciling accounts
  • Knowledge of accounting standards, regulations, and compliance
  • Skills in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Effective communication skills and ability to provide financial advice to management
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Professional accounting certification (e.g., CPA, CA) preferred
  • Experience with accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team


Chartered Accountant Responsibilities:

1) Oversee the duties of the accounting team.

2) Implement accounting systems and processes.

3) Preparation, maintenance & finalization of Books of Accounts & as per Indian Accounting Standards.

4) Reconcile income statements.

5) Prepare monthly financial reports.

6) Review and release party payable payments.

7) Ensure compliance with Income tax and GST Departments.

8) Provide ongoing accounting and reporting support.

9) Manage the full financial process.

10) Prepare an expense budget report.

11) Manage the financial Audits & check the financial status of the company.

12) Management of books of accounts.

13) Make financial statements and MIS on weekly, monthly and annual basis.

14) Handle management and operation of offices and employees jointly with Director/Founder.

15) Prevent fraud or other suspicious accounts.

16) Assist Junior Accountants in working with their accounting issues or concerns that are usually encountered in the firm.
