Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management: Act as the main liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment on objectives and expectations. Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, understanding their brand, objectives, and market to provide insightful solutions. Account Strategy & Execution: Develop and oversee digital marketing strategies, ensuring they align with client goals and are executed on time. Guide campaigns from ideation to execution, managing budgets, timelines, and quality standards. Present strategies, campaign progress, and reports to clients, offering insights and recommendations for optimization. Project Management: Coordinate with creative, content, media, and analytics teams to ensure seamless campaign delivery. Manage project timelines and deliverables, balancing multiple accounts effectively. Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor campaign performance and deliver actionable insights to clients using analytics tools. Report on KPIs, budget adherence, and project milestones, identifying areas for improvement. Team Leadership & Development: Mentor and guide junior account managers, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented team environment.
