As we continue to expand and prepare for IPO readiness, we are strengthening our Accounts and Finance Division with an experienced and dynamic Senior Accounts Manager Role Overview We are seeking a Senior Accounts Manager with strong leadership and technical accounting expertise to oversee our entire finance and accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have 5+ years of experience in an EPC, construction, or infrastructure company , managing books of accounts, audits, tax compliance, and project-wise financial reporting. Key Responsibilities: · Lead and manage the entire accounting team and day-to-day financial operations. · Maintain accurate books of accounts in compliance with statutory and company policies. · Manage project-wise cost accounting , vendor billing, and receivables/payables tracking. · Supervise monthly, quarterly, and annual closings and prepare MIS reports. · Coordinate with auditors for statutory, internal, and tax audits . · Ensure timely TDS, GST, PF, ESI, and other filings . · Prepare and review Balance Sheet, P&L statements , and cash-flow forecasts. · Support budgeting, fund flow, and working capital management . · Collaborate with management during bank audits, credit assessments · Strengthen internal financial controls and implement process improvements. Required Qualifications & Experience: · B. Com / M. Com / MBA (Finance) ; CA (Inter) preferred. · 5+ years of experience in Accounts & Finance , with at least 3 years in a senior role within an EPC/construction/infrastructure company. · In-depth understanding of EPC project accounting , WIP , retention , and contract billing . · Proficient in Tally, ERP systems, and Excel . · Hands-on experience with statutory compliance , banking operations , and fund management . · Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
