As an Senior Account Manager, you will lead strategic business growth, manage key client relationships, and oversee a portfolio of high-value accounts. You’ll act as a senior advisor to clients while guiding internal teams to deliver innovative, impactful event experiences. Key Responsibilities: Drive business growth by expanding existing accounts and securing new opportunities. Lead proposals, pitches, and strategic plans in collaboration with creative and production teams. Build and nurture long-term client relationships at senior levels. Oversee multiple accounts ensuring strategic alignment, operational excellence, and profitability. Guide and mentor account managers and project leads for flawless execution. Requirements: 8+ years of experience in account management/client services within the events industry. Proven success in growing multimillion-dollar client portfolios. Strong leadership experience managing teams and integrated campaigns. Deep knowledge of event planning, production, and digital/hybrid solutions. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Commercially driven with a focus on growth, ROI, and client success.
