Job Specification Educational Qualification - Chartered Accountant is must. Additional qualification such as CMA/ CFA/ MBA will be preferred Work Experience - 10-15 years post qualification experience preferably in Infra Industry Job Description Thorough knowledge of Revenue Recognition w.r.t. projects (CTC concept) Application of Ind AS such as leases, Fair valuation of Equity Investments Preparation of Cash flow statement, Segment reporting, various notes to Accounts such as Financial Ratios, Related Party transactions Ledger Scrutiny. Working knowledge of GST & IT TDS Advance tax computation Application/ Interpretation of clauses/ sections of Companies Act w.r.t. Directors Commission, CSR etc. Secretarial compliances such as MSME returns, Form DPT-3, providing financial data for Annual Return/ Annual Repo Computer Literacy - Advanced Excel, Power Point Presentation.
