Job Profile:
o Daily Accounts and Finance Update to Management
o Team Handling and Guiding them
o Day to day Accounting of Organization.
o Record Purchase after due verification.
o Record Expenses & Vouchers.
o Handling Payments MIS.
o Bank Reconciliation for Finances.
o Detailed Knowledge of GST & TDS & Statutory.
o Preparation of Monthly Reports for presentation
o Vendor Reconciliation
o Ensure all invoices updated in Document Management System.
Required Candidate profile:
o Qualification: B.com/ B.B.A/ M.com /Inter CA Candidates having working experiences in field of Accounts and Finance and working in Manufacturing Industry will be preferred.
o Experience: 12 Years or more.
o Skills & Competencies:
Ø Should be fluent in Spoken & Written English.
Ø Excellent Communication skills
Ø Excellent knowledge of Word, Excel, Power-Point
Ø Knowledge of Tally ERP 9/ Prime
Ø Sound knowledge and experience in book keeping and vendor reconciliation.
