We are expanding our financial backbone and are looking for a highly skilled Senior Accountant Manager (Real Estate) who will spearhead all accounting operations, financial audits, compliance, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Accountant Manager – Real Estate, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end accounting function of our channel partner business, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and financial stability.

• Financial Accounting & Reporting
• Maintain and manage daily financial transactions, journal entries, and general ledger.
• Prepare and finalize Profit & Loss Statements, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow reports.
• Conduct monthly and annual financial audits for accuracy and compliance.
• Taxation & Compliance
• Handle TDS, GST, and Professional Tax filings with precision and timeliness.
• Ensure statutory compliance with Indian accounting standards and taxation laws.
• Coordinate with auditors for internal and statutory audits.
• Real Estate Finance Operations
• Oversee real estate transaction accounting, including brokerage, commissions, and channel partner payouts.
• Track client payments, receivables, vendor invoices, and escrow management.
• Manage ROI analysis and financial feasibility reports for property investments.
• Budgeting & Financial Planning
• Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.
• Provide insights on cost optimization and revenue growth strategies.
• Technology & Data Management
• Proficient in Excel, Tally, and ERP accounting software for MIS reporting.
• Maintain systematic records for financial documentation, reconciliations, and compliance.

Key Skills & Requirements

• Strong knowledge of real estate accounting, taxation, and compliance.
• Hands-on expertise in TDS, GST, Professional Tax.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, Tally, and financial reporting tools.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) .
• Experience: 2–4 years in real estate / property management accounting/Banking & Finance.
