Senior Account Executive

**Job Description: Senior Accountant** The Senior Accountant will be responsible for managing the company’s full-cycle accounting operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely financial reporting. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and hands-on experience in accounting, taxation, and financial management. **Key Responsibilities:** 1. Accounting & Bookkeeping * Manage day-to-day accounting operations in compliance with accounting standards. * Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts. * Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. * Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable processes. * Manage bank reconciliations and cash flow statements. 2. Taxation & Compliance * Prepare and file GST returns, TDS returns, and other statutory filings. * Ensure compliance with all tax laws, audits, and regulatory requirements. * Coordinate with auditors for statutory and internal audits. 3. Financial Management * Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning. * Analyze financial data and provide insights to management. * Monitor cost controls and suggest improvements. 4. Reporting & Documentation * Prepare MIS reports for management decision-making. * Maintain accurate financial documentation according to policy. * Support internal teams with finance-related queries. 5. Process Improvement * Strengthen internal controls and accounting procedures. * Implement best practices for financial efficiency and accuracy.
