Senior Account Executive

Job Description: Senior Account Executive Industry: Industrial PLC Panel Manufacturing Location: Kathwada, Ahmedabad Company: Endosys Automation Job Summary:- We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Account Executive to manage and oversee accounting operations for our industrial PLC Panel manufacturing unit. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day accounting, compliance, financial reporting, taxation, and supporting management in decision-making with accurate financial insights. Key Responsibilities:- Manage overall accounting operations including accounts payable, receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations. ·      Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, MIS reports, and monthly closing reports. ·      Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory requirements. ·      Coordinate with auditors for statutory and internal audits. ·      Monitor inventory accounting, costing, and reconciliation with production/warehouse. ·      Prepare budgets, forecasts, and support management in financial planning. ·      Handle vendor and customer account reconciliations. ·      Implement and improve internal controls, processes, and accounting policies. ·      Support management with financial analysis, variance reporting, and decision-making. ·      Supervise and guide junior accounts staff (if applicable). Key Skills & Competencies:- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and taxation (GST, TDS, Income Tax). ·      Hands-on experience in ERP/Tally Prime or other accounting software. ·      Excellent analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills. ·      Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. ·      Strong attention to detail and accuracy. ·      Good communication and coordination skills. Qualifications & Experience:- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce. ·      Professional certification (CA Inter, CMA, or equivalent) preferred. ·      2–7 years of accounting experience in a manufacturing/industrial environment. ·      Strong knowledge of cost accounting and inventory management will be an added advantage.
