Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accounts Executive to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of relevant experience and a strong grasp of accounting principles, GST & TDS filing, and day-to-day bookkeeping. The role also requires a working knowledge of operational processes and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day accounting activities including journal entries, ledger maintenance, and reconciliations
• Prepare and file GST returns accurately and on time
• Manage TDS calculations and filings as per statutory requirements
• Maintain accurate bookkeeping records and ensure proper documentation
• Assist in monthly and annual closings and preparation of financial statements
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth accounting operations
• Support audits and liaise with external auditors when required
• Generate MIS reports for management review
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards

Key Requirements:

• Education: MBA in Finance / M.Com / B.Com
• Experience: 3 to 5 years in accounting and finance roles
• Skills:
• Strong knowledge of GST & TDS filing
• Good understanding of accounting principles and operational processes
• Proficient in bookkeeping and financial reporting
• Hands-on experience with accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks)
• Strong MS Excel skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
