Maintain accurate books of accounts (general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash/bank transactions). Prepare and process invoices, receipts, payments, and expense vouchers. Perform bank, vendor, and customer account reconciliations. Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities. Support the preparation of financial statements, MIS reports, and management summaries. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and other applicable tax filings. Coordinate with internal teams, auditors, and external stakeholders for smooth financial operations. Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up on collections. Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records. Working knowledge or Tally software is a must.
