About The Role As a Senior Account Executive , you will play a critical role in driving client success across campaigns, growing accounts, and shaping regional initiatives. You will report directly to the Managing Director and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams — from strategy and content to influencer and production leads. This role calls for someone who combines strong operational execution with strategic thinking and a client-first mindset. You will lead end-to-end campaign delivery, contribute to new business growth, and help optimize content production workflows — all while ensuring client expectations are exceeded and aligned with business goals. Responsibilities Campaign Leadership & Client Management Take ownership of integrated influencer and marketing campaigns from briefing through execution and reporting Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the day-to-day point of contact and trusted advisor Translate client objectives into actionable strategies, media plans, and KPI frameworks Collaborate with internal and external teams (influencers, designers, media, events) to ensure timely, high-quality delivery Monitor campaign progress, analyse performance metrics, and recommend optimizations Oversee and coordinate on-ground activations, virtual events, or production shoots when required New Business Development Identify growth opportunities within existing client accounts and drive cross-sell/upsell initiatives Support business development by preparing tailored proposals, case studies, and pitch presentations Maintain market intelligence on industry trends, platform updates, and competitive activities Represent InfluenConnect x Comms8 at industry events, webinars, or virtual meetups where applicable Content Production Management Collaborate with design, video, and content teams to create campaign materials and client deliverables Ensure localized content (copy, visuals, formats) aligns with brand tone and regional relevance Supervise production timelines and quality checks across campaign assets Ad hoc tasks may be assigned as needed and the tasks outlined above may not encompass all duties required in day-to-day operations. Reporting directly to the Managing Director and managers, you will be tasked with providing efficient and professional support in campaign management, new business development and content creation management across regions. Responsibilities Campaign Management Support campaigns for both clients as well as InfluenConnect x Comms8 Liaises with client to discuss product/service to be marketed and develops the most appropriate strategy to deliver the objectives; Defines target group and implements strategy through appropriate media and communications planning work; Conceives marketing campaign to impart the desired product image in an effective and economical way; Reviews and revises campaign strategy in light of objective KPIs and takes appropriate corrective measures if necessary; Stays abreast of changes in media, readership or viewing figures and advertising rates; Outlines and implements event execution plan for client's event conferences, exhibitions, and seminars, including high-level strategic planning and detailed logistics arrangements and execution.
