Senior Account Executive

Key Responsibilities: ( Reputed Real Estate Company ) Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally software with accuracy. Ensure correct TDS deduction, payment, and return filing as per statutory deadlines. Handle the entire GST cycle: registration, invoicing, return filing (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B), reconciliation, and addressing notices if any. Prepare monthly/quarterly financial statements and support finalisation of accounts. Share all financial data, schedules, and reports timely with the Chartered Accountant for audit and tax filings. Manage Accounts Receivable and Payable efficiently; prepare aging reports and follow-up for collections. Ensure bank reconciliation, vendor payments, and documentation are up to date. Maintain basic understanding and ensure compliance with RERA guidelines applicable to real estate projects. Key Skills Required: Strong knowledge of Tally ERP and MS Excel Solid understanding of accounting principles Expertise in TDS deduction, payment & return filing Good command over GST laws and filing procedures Experience in finalization of accounts Exposure to RERA compliances is an added advantage Strong communication and coordination skills Qualifications:B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in construction or real estate industry
