Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Handle incoming job applications through calls, emails, and job portals Conduct initial telephonic screening of candidates Shortlist suitable candidates based on predefined criteria Coordinate and schedule interviews with shortlisted candidates and internal teams Maintain and update candidate data in Excel and recruitment trackers Follow up with candidates for interview confirmations and joining formalities Provide a smooth and professional candidate experience Requirements: Any graduate (preferred: BBA, B.Com, or HR-related course) Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi/Marathi Ability to handle multiple calls and maintain professional etiquette Basic knowledge of MS Excel (filtering, data entry, maintaining records) Organized, proactive, and good at follow-up Freshers with a good attitude and willingness to learn may apply
