Possess prior experience in the EdTech industry, with a strong understanding of online/hybrid learning products, digital education platforms, and technology-driven student engagement practices.
Guide, mentor, and support the Academic Counseling team, fostering a collaborative and motivating work environment.
Set clear goals and KPIs for team members, regularly reviewing performance to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
Conduct training sessions to enhance the team's product knowledge, sales techniques, and student engagement strategies.
Monitor the sales pipeline and ensure a consistent flow of qualified student leads, optimising lead-to-enrollment conversion rates.
Address team challenges promptly, providing effective solutions to maintain a positive and efficient work atmosphere.
Identify and target potential students through cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital channels.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing students, understanding their educational needs and providing appropriate course recommendations.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations highlighting the benefits of our EdTech learning solutions.
Negotiate course pricing, payment terms, and conditions to support enrollment targets.
Prepare and deliver enrollment proposals, course agreements, and documentation.
Collaborate with sales, academic, and operations teams to ensure smooth student onboarding and service delivery.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to effectively position our academic offerings.
Represent Offenso Hackers Academy at educational fairs, industry events, and conferences.
Provide regular reports on student counseling activities, lead pipeline, and enrollment performance.
Continuously develop counseling skills and EdTech product knowledge through training and self-study.
Communicate team insights and student feedback to management for process improvement.
Use data and insights to refine counseling strategies and improve enrollment outcomes.
